Getting started

Know your file.

Installation depends on what each package contains. These are the basics.

01 / CHOOSE

Check compatibility.

Confirm the Minecraft edition, game version, operating system, and any required loader in the package’s own documentation.

02 / EXE FILES

Windows packages.

An EXE may be an installer or a portable application. Follow the publisher’s instructions for that exact package. A download does not install automatically.

03 / JAR FILES

Check the JAR type.

A mod, runnable app, and server plugin use different setup steps. Only a confirmed compatible mod belongs in its loader’s mods folder; not every JAR is run by double-clicking.

A few details

Before you download.

What does each download button deliver?

The catalogue links to two shared packages: MineCraftClient.exe for Windows and mod.jar for Java. They are owner-supplied files, not separate verified downloads of the named clients.

Which Minecraft versions are supported?

Compatibility has not been confirmed yet. Version and loader details will be added once the package documentation is available.

Does downloading automatically install anything?

No. The browser saves the file. Installation or opening the file is a separate step.

Can I switch off the effects?

Click sounds are off by default and can be toggled with the music button. Animation follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. Touchscreens use their normal pointer behaviour.
